I once tried a 6:15am swim, but there were only two lanes (the rest were taken up by the local swimming club, who start at 5am) so I felt harried along as all different paces were in those two lanes, people nipping at my feet the whole time. I can't eat that early, and spent the rest of the morning feeling like I was going…

My kinda guy...

Exactly! And who the hell is up for teaching a class at 5am?! Wow.
-
Wow, you look like a different person in the second shot! Gorgeous too, lucky wife :) Ahem.

Yep, we read what she wrote. It doesn't make it what is actually the case (maybe her family aren't nice, perhaps they are 'jerks', as you call them, but maybe they're just fine, and her emotional connection to food is screwed up and they're just trying to nudge her towards healthier habits, even if it's not in a helpful…

When I started doing Pilates, I was a mess, had no idea what I was doing (and was still in acute recovery from a life-changing injury a couple of years previous). I had a couple of private classes which really helped me to get the basics, and then when I was comfortable I joined a group class, and then went from there.…

My physio is a huge advocate of the effect of improving your posture. She and other professionals I've seen have said and shown how working on it can really assist in this form of back pain. Like the others have said, it is probably actually not your boobs, but is possibly this - have you tried Pilates? This is all about…

Stop thinking about it as control. The more you try to control, the harder it will get and the worse you'll feel. Maybe try weighing weekly instead - the fluctuations daily can drive you insane. No one minds why you're doing it but we just don't want people unnecessarily restricting or doing themselves damage when they…

not really, I just like eating healthy, they don't get it maybe because none of them (except for my mother) eats like I do. They even make a family drama if I prefer to skip dessert. Even my cousin who is a nutritionist starts to tell me I shouldn't be that dedicated with my diet <- are you serious?¡ - I don't get it in…

You need a better bra! How do you know it's that good? Where are you based? Bras should be replaced every six months max.
-
The simple answer is: eat more, move less! If you're losing too fast you're doing too much, slow it down and relax. It will be better for your body if you give it time as it could contribute towards loose skin. What are your stats - what are you trying to get to? If you're only eating 1200 as well, that's the absolute…

It's probably mostly water retention. Drink more, eat better, it'll go.
-
Go and don't worry about it.

Yep, finally, though because I did Body Combat and a cycle earlier in the day, it was not a good swim! I did 50 lengths, but it took me 55 minutes due to slowness, stopping to chat, water breaks, my arms feeling like lead... I am a twit! Snore.

Yep, exactly. Talked to my physio about this recently when I had a week of doing lots every day and was crashing and burning towards the end, she said it's important to space it out - so exercise two days, take two days off, or one day, two days, whatever. Basically, exercising every day can be counter-productive, and you…

I don't know, I think bilateral breathing is pretty important. I only picked it up when I went on my first SwimTrek when I couldn't actually do front crawl at all (I don't know what I was thinking!) and they had to 'baptism of fire' me by teaching me how to swim. I guess because I never did it at home and they taught me…

You seem to be responding to a completely different comment. If you hadn't noticed, tuna is a fish.

Hate to point out the obvious flaw here...
-
It will be user error, don't worry!
-
I personally just hate that they have something called 'syns'! It immediately puts me in mind of restriction, which is why I think I like MFP so much...

1200 is only for very tiny ladies and very old people. Up it. Absolutely no need to be eating that low, ever. Eat at least 1400 and you'll feel better, and you can always eat loads more by exercising and eating at least half your cals back (this is without knowing what you weigh, what your height is or what you want to…

Wtf. Totally unsustainable. Just eat normally to a decent deficit and enjoy your life!

I'm a woman who weighs c.188, I'm 5'2 and I'm not sure how much my body fat % is - at the gym they said it was probably around yours, but then they also said the machine has huge swings in accuracy, so... I eat 1400, but then I'm a lady, so I need less, and I supplement with exercise, so I often eat more than that, though…

Amazing! Well done!!!

I think they do ship US? Unfortunately, until today I had no idea they were a brand with a site etc, since I was just in-store I wasn't aware! But I will know for the future - and that site is amazing, thanks!

Thanks dude :) That's great news on your jeans! Time and patience, right?

Hey, it is gorgeous isn't it? I bought them in a shop in Stratford-upon-Avon called Aspire Style. The service was really excellent and I had a lovely time trying things on: http://www.aspirestyle.co.uk The daisy dress is http://www.feverdesigns.co.uk/tiger-lilly-daisy-print-skater-dress-blue.html. It was slightly cheaper…
