  • Thanks! I sometimes feel like I'm already letting my future kids down by not buckling down and getting to it right now.
  • Great! I just joined… Thank you!
  • HAHA!! Was wondering if anyone else noticed there's a troll among us.
  • I do realize that. I am aware how public forums work. As I've said in my past three posts - I wish I hadn't deleted them, but the fact of the matter is that...unfortuneately...I did. This is the reason I am back - posting my weight and being in honest on a public forum. To gain back a support group that I shouldn't have…
  • Thank you everyone for the support. I see a lot are in the same boat as I am. I very much appreciate you all taking the time to comment/add me. First, I am humiliated about the weight gain and feel terrible about the deleting the friends thing. I'm certainly not proud of it, but what's done is done and I am hoping to move…
  • To clarify: I in no way blame ANYone for my weight gain, but myself. Although I appreciate sarcasm..It doesn't really seem to be helpful in this situation. I was so ashamed that I had gained so much I deleted people out of embarassment. Afterwards - I realized it was not the choice in my best interest, but I can't go back…
  • Did myfitnesspal change it's purpose? I thought it was to support others...Am I wrong here?? Check out her other comments on people's posts...."its only impressive if you do this everyday" etc. Interesting the way people will push others down to bring themselves up. Get over yourself woman and stop being such a disgusting…
  • I just bought one to try out today! At sprouts...I don't know if they are in your area..
  • its a cold for crap sake....sanitize before you get on the machine if you're so stressed about it.
  • I'll have to try...thanks for sharing!
  • I'm not the most actively supportive friend but I'll def be there for you when you need...I just don't have time for the daily postings. I sent a request anyways. = ) You've already take the first step to a new healthier you. Just stick with it no matter what...that's the most important part. There will be ups and downs…

  • I am 4 days without soda now...I drank a minimum of 3 a day. Always diet. I didn't really notice it holding me back weightloss wise, but I'm probably just in denial on that. haha. I am noticing it affecting my teeth though and I heard an ingredient in it is linkedto mental retardation (that explains a lot lately hahaha)…
  • I also think too much...it's a curse. I agree with the posters above but if you must associate a reason with the behavior....I don't know you or him, but maybe he realizes he's got a good thing and he thought of you and wanted to bring a smile to your face. = )
  • you should try to eat as close to 1200 calories as you can each day. If you exercise, it's up to you whether you want to eat those extra calories or not. Some do, some don't. I usually eat half of the calories I burned plus my 1200. = )

  • I experienced a change of emotions, but for the better. I felt like I was constantly on a "Runner's high". Are you restricting your diet? I get VERY cranky when I'm hungry. Maybe focus more on exercising?
  • holy s***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what an awesome accomplishment!!!!!!!!!! you go girl!

  • Didn't know those existed. That sounds great. And I agree. I've been leaning towards getting it. I can't stand not knowing.
  • Would it only last 30 years? My thinking is that once Im 52 I'll have to re-apply. And it'll skyrocket. I'm so confused on the whole thing and idk who to talk to about it without talking to a biased salesperson, you know? I probably make no sense, but I have no clue. lol. A couple hundred a year isn't too bad..wish I…
  • I haven't priced it to be honest. I tried to research it a little bit,but I'm most concerned about it only lasting 30 years before having to "re-apply" or whatever. I hope to be in awesome shape/health at 52, but I doubt I can count on it. *crosses fingers* haha. I really don't know the specifics of any of it. Just don't…
  • That's what scares me too...like.. I want to know, but I don't want to do anything shady either. But there's no way I can pay for life insurance yet. And I wish my family could help, however, I'm usually the one helping everyone else (money -wise).
  • Also, I wouldn't necessarily have to get the surgeries right away, but it'd be another hanging over your head kinda thing.
  • Update: I bought the men's. When you set it up it asks if your male or female. Haven't worked out with it yet, but I'm pretty positive that the only difference is the watch size. The men's fits me perfectly fine. Im 5'2 and 150lbs.
