believe me it took me over a year to get here and it was a lot of hard times but a lot of good times and it is so worth thats why i have not given up. you will get there soon enough just hang in there! dont get down everytime u mess up just think about the big picture and your health.

it all depends on the type of activity and the level of intensity i can easly burn up to 800 cal in an hour, more if i really push myself. cardio activites like jogging over 6 mph and even using the elliptical with high resistance and a decent speed will get you burning more than walking or moderate cycling. duration isn't…

you can change your life at ANY time. you have to the power to do it, you just need to want it bad enough and if it's type 2 diabetes you may be able to beat that right out of yourself with enough hard work and dedication. eat to live do not live to eat. good luck! p.s. exercise is a great anti depressant!

when i used to run and was out of shape my calves always burned, but my legs have so much muscle now it's not even funny and they never hurt when i run whether its one mile or three miles. I think you should try focusing on developing your leg muscles more so than worrying about buying new shoes unless you are overdue for…

personally, i went out and bought a scale when i got serious and i just go by that. before that i was using the one at the gym and they are pretty close.

do you do any workouts for your pectorals?? building up those muscles can flatten a womans breasts let alone a mans and as for love handles im not so sure besides ab work outs and maybe lower back? hope this helps some!

my best advice to you would be to use the scale sparingly, often times it is very discouraging for all the hard work you put in. i know this first hand. also weight loss is a long journey and it's great to get on the scale and see results like that but they can be deceiving especially if you lose a few pounds of water…
