Quick question..i seem to be getting headaches on fast days - which is understandable.. need to keep hydrated.. i drink around 3 litres a day. but im also getting some slight headaches on non fast days too...and when I used to fast before I never experienced this.. anyone get this too?

  • I've tried it. Waste of time. Dropped some weight in the first week (probably down to all the wees and poos - sorry!) After that, made no difference!
  • Im 5'4.5 and started at 198lbs, my initial goal was 147lbs, but now im 142lbs and I would like to get down to 125lbs!
