  • Try canola or olive oil for your eggs and veggies. Don't switch to a butter substitute. They all have things in them that are worse for you than saturated fat. Good luck!
  • Does your cable have an exercise on demand channel? I find mine really helpful in mixing it up so I don't get bored doing the same exercises over and over.
  • I say too much fiber is a good thing and as far as the sugar goes as long as it is coming from mostly from whole foods you're good there too. Sounds like you have very healthy diet and I wouldn't worry about it. I've recently gone vegetarian too (I still eat fish) and I love it!
