Current weight: 148.5 Eating between 1200-1400 every day, and working out every day: either P90 or running a 5k, I switch off.

It's for a regatta (rowing). The race is a lightweight race, women must be <130 and men must be <160.

I plan out my intake in advance, and try to stick to that as closely as possible. Also, I try to stay busy and out of the house! Away from the food in my kitchen!

I am eating less than 500 calories a day now and I only go to the bathroom once every 2-3 days now. I don' t feel constipated or uncomfortable. I think it's really just the fact that with less intake, there's less output...
