I do similar but my window is five hours. Possibly the easiest thing I've done as I'm usually so busy during the day anyway. Won't work for everyone but fits my lifestyle.

I weigh daily and log it on the libra app. This let's me see the overall trend. I only put the weigh in on Sunday evenings on mfp tho. It's normal for there to be a few pounds difference day to day and you can't let that get you down. As long as the overall trend is downwards, that's all that matters.

Thanks everyone. I'll definitely keep trying. I'm in a whole heap of muscle pain when I get home so I know I've worked hard even if I haven't quite succeeded!

I used to think like this. Now I just try to do more. I've been out for an hour and a half so far walking/running. Now I've came in for a rest and will be going back out later. Why not take your daughter to a park or something? Walk there if you can, if not then just walk around the park.

Honestly, I'm barely jogging. I carry most of my weight in my lower half so it's a struggle to even lift my legs enough.

Any movement will help. Getting protein is difficult for us veggies but if you're not getting enough through microprotein type stuff (quorn, etc) you could try protein shakes. Carbs won't kill you tho! :)

Calories in - calories out. Eat less than you need to maintain your current weight. you don't necessary have to exercise. However, I work full time, have a child and I still manage to find time to walk and am doing couch to 5k. Why not go out a walk on your lunch break or have a run before/after work? Take the stairs…

I won't tell anyone how much I weigh until I'm at least halfway to my goal. I sometimes feel like I'm too fat to even be on here!

It's hard to accurately measure how many calories you're burning through exercise so I think most people don't eat all the extra calories. I don't eat any of mine back but I think other people generally eat about half of them.

I have a desk job and just going to work and going in and out of the office usually gives me about 6-7k. If I go a walk during lunch I can bump that up higher. My trouble is days off where I have to consciously go out and walk. It's so much harder when you're actually thinking about it!

If you believe the oils are why you've seen positive results, who are we to tell you otherwise?

Any chips (or crisps as we call them). I once ate 6 packs of hula hoops at once.

Then why torture yourself? No one likes poking themselves in the eye with a pen but we're not going to do it because it would be a challenge.

I like warmth and comfort.

I only eat after 6pm.

You've gained 5 pounds back by eating practically nothing? That's... Unusual, to say the least.
-
I don't need them but it's nice to see what other people are doing. Sometimes it gives me new ideas so I'm happy to be friends with just about anyone.

Coffee and diet red bull are pretty much how I function.

4-5 hours a night. On days of I might occasionally have a wee nap but that's pretty rare.

I wanted a latte from Costa but had a black Americano instead.

Weigh daily, log on the libra app and onlu update my fitness pal on a Sunday.

Weight watchers have all those zero points things that all still have calories so if you include those on top of the points you would more than likely be eating more than 1400 calories.

Way to encourage her, folks!

Jelly is always a good option when I'm trying to save the calories. I usually just buy the ones you make with the crystals or the Hartleys 10cal ones. Yoghurts are good for calcium and easy to grab when you're hungry.

I have quite a boring job and I eat at my desk too. Usually fruit salad, protein shakes, rice cakes and occasionally some nuts or seeds. You cant just sit and eat potato chips and chocolates all day. I would suggest having a proper meal with a lot of protein before work or studying, and to only keep a small amount of…

I have a fitbit and have decided not to eat back any of the calories it says. The reason for this is that it projects what it thinks you will burn based on what you have done so far that day. So if I have been out all day, get home at 6pm and sync,it will think I am going to continue being that active for the rest of the…

I've tried the shakes thing before. It works but I was miserable and as soon as you stop it goes back on easily. Probably better to use your calories on food you like and will make you feel good. Also Herbalife is expensive. Good luck.
