  • I usually do cream and sugar, however one thing I like doing is a breakfast to go smoothie. I brew a small k-cup ( i liked the mocha swirl one) Put that with ice, vanilla protein powder, a bit of vanilla almond milk and 2 tbsp of chocolate syrup. Delicious and filling - caffeine and breakfast to go!
  • To go with the frozen banana idea, I used to do this as a child and it might help if you ever have chocolate cravings... I unpeeled the banana, rolled it in some chocolate powder (such as Hersheys chocolate milk mix) then I wrapped it in foil and froze. This gives the chocolate cravings a kick as well and doesn't increase…
  • I like using BOOST Protein. I find for me being extremely active all day and not eating enough, at night this is a quick thing to make and take. I usually have a glass before I go to bed at night. It tastes just like chocolate milk :)
