  • I did the Insanity workouts for almost 2 months. I tried to start running after that thinking if I could do Insanity that I could run. I was wrong LOL. If you can already run 2 miles you are doing great. I would try to look up some of the P90X videos online and check them out before you make your decision. I think you…
  • Thanks for the advice. I am getting ready to go buy some new shoes and was wondering what type is best for these workouts. The shoes I have now are not working out that well.
  • I completed my 2nd Fit Test today. I felt like I was pushing harder during this test than the first one I took; even though the results are not that different. My endurance has certainly improved though. Here are my results thus far: Switch Kicks: +12 Power Jump Jacks: +1 Power Knees: +5 Power Jumps: +/- 0 Globe Jumps: +1…
  • What heart rate monitor do you use? I am looking to get one.
  • Thanks for all the great advice. I have been stalled at this weight for a few weeks. I know I have been told before that I should up my calories a bit. I am going to try and work on that. I am going to get a heart rate monitor so I can more accurately check my calorie burn. I log my Cardio Recovery Day as yoga as well. I…
  • Just finished Day 2 of my second week. I am absolutely loving this workout. It is brutal, but I feel so good after I complete it. I am looking forward to seeing my results. We are supposed to check results every two weeks right?
  • Thanks. I will go check out your group. I did the first workout today. Very intense, but invigorating at the same time! Cant wait to see the results.
  • Thanks I am looking forward to trying it out.
  • I have already been doing cardio kickboxing. I like the fact that T25 is short but I just wanted to try something new.
  • I was thinking it could be allergies since the headache is mostly in the front of my head. I am going to check the allergen levels in my area.
  • The headache is in the front of my head mostly. It is not a sharp pain but more of an ache.
  • It is always great motivation when somebody else notices. Keep up the good work!
  • I usually do 45-60 minutes a day. I just stared really exercising about a month ago. I am not really into strength training yet.
  • Wow! Thanks everybody! I am going to check out a few of these videos and see which ones I would like to try. Thank you for all the great suggestions.
  • Wow! You guys are making me hungry!
  • After doing BFBM and NMTZ, I find the Shred levels to be much easier. I have been mixing up my work outs for about two weeks now (instead of just the 30DS). I have now lost 8 lbs and have lost some inches as well. I guess I found what works for me.
  • For a little over a week now I have been alternating Jillian's Shred, BFBM and NMTZ videos. I am starting to see results now. When I look in the mirror I can see some subtle differences. I cannot wait to see what results I may have a month from now. Keep up all the great work everybody! You are all doing a great job.
  • I am so happy to see this thread keep going. Everybody is doing great work. I love seeing all different types of experiences and results. Keep up the good work everybody!
  • I have started doing BFBM and NMTZ on alternating days with the Shred. I feel like I am getting a better workout this way.
  • I had a hard time with the push ups in Level 1 as well. By the end of Level 1 I was able to do the modified version for the whole time. I still can only do a few actual push ups though. Keep up the good work. I personally believe it gets easier as the days go on.
  • I will be starting Level 3 in 2 days. I am looking forward to being done with all the planks. I do like the fact that I am starting to see some definition in my arms and legs. I might try one of Jillian's longer videos when I am done with the Shred. I cannot exercise outside when it is this hot so these videos are great.
  • Welcome! I will add you as a friend. I just joined this site about a month ago and so far I love it. All of the people are so encouraging and helpful. The food tracker is a vital asset to me and it really helps keeps me in check. Good luck with your journey!
  • I just started about a month ago and I have found the tracking to be a vital part of the process. It really keeps me in check. Welcome back and good luck!
  • Thanks guys. I am looking forward to moving on to Level 3 next week. I have not lost much weight yet either. I do however notice quite a big difference in my endurance and energy levels. I am starting to see some definition in my arms in legs as well.
  • How is level 3? Any less torturous than level 2? All these planks are kill me LOL
  • You are supposed to do each level for 10 days straight. Personally, I took one rest day between ending Level 1 and starting Level 2. I am currently on Day 2 of Level 2. I notice a big difference in my endurance since the first day of Level 1. My energy level is also improving since I began eating better and doing the 30DS.…
  • Started Level 2 today! It was rough, but I made it through without stopping. Yay!
  • What is everybody doing when they are done with the Shred? Has anybody tried Jillian's other videos (No More Trouble Zones or Banish Fat Boost Metabolism)? Just wondering what those are like.
  • I am on Day 8 now and I am looking forward to moving on to Level 2. I am thrilled that I can actually make it through most of the routine now without having to stop. On the first day I definitely could not do that. Everybody is doing a great job!
