Congratulations on those 7"!!! That is an amazing result and I BET you have lost so much body fat! Weighing yourself is so overrated... CLX totally rocks at getting you firm and losing body fat (who care what the scale says!!) :) Terrific job, ON TO ROUND TWO! :)

Thank you so very much! I am just finishing up a boot camp program that was 21 days and I'm thinking about getting back into CLX starting next week. This will be my second round! To answer the other question above...( i replied to her via PM already) I did add a 10 min cardio warm up (nothing fancy), usually either the…

Thank you!!!

Thank you! I wish they looked that good all the time (it's really only when I'm working out) but I'm happy my tummy is actually flat -- it's been a while! I would like to try T25 but I'm not sure how I feel about how the duration of each work out being so varied. Let me know how you like it!

Thank you so much!

Thank you so much! The funny thing is... that was my most insecure part of my body before CLX :).

Thank you so much!! :)

THANK YOU!! Yes I did do the Lean for Life month and I actually think it was the biggest change month for me. I absolutely loved ChaLEAN too and I am doing something similar -- participating in a month long boot camp program then back to ChaLEAN!

Awesome results Lisa! I just completed CLX as well and can't wait to post results! Lean for Life is amazing! I lost most of my bf% in the Lean for Life Phase!

Yes. I do consider my exercise with TDEE. If you check out the link I posted there are some calculators in there to help you figure out your approximate TDEE, while entering the amount of workouts, length, etc. When I log my food and exercise each day I aim for TDEE-20%, however if I worked out and burned a ton of calories…

I'm 5' even and I eat my TDEE - 20%, which is 1,557. I only eat back calories if I net below my BMR (1,262). I have my account set up for moderately active, as I work out 5-6 days a week for about 35-45 min a day on average. Believe me, as a previous 1200 calorie eater, I have seen WAY BETTER results then ever by eating…

Reall awesome work! I really look up to your success because I feel as if our "start" point looks pretty similar. Although I have just started lifting I am loving it and because I also hate cardio, it's so refreshing to know that I dont HAVE to run in order to get looking lean. THANK YOU for your progress photos, they are…

Such a great one!

Don't starve yourself or give yourself unrealistic goals that you can't follow through with for life! There's no point in being thin if you "binge" all the time because you're hungry :) Stay healthy and keep a PLAN for yourself, have others hold you accountable!

Thank you Tanya... I have since raised my daily calorie goal to 1350 and plan to move it up to 1600 within the next few weeks. I wanted to move straight to 1600 (my TDEE - 20%), however I find it difficult to have the appetite to support that amount of calories, especially with 40% protein as my daily goal. I am going to…

I used 5 for warm up and 8-15lbs for the rest of the work outs in Burn. I am now on Push, where you up your game and lift heavier (for only 6-8 reps instead of 8-10) and I am doing 8 for warm up and 10-25lbs for the rest of the work outs. If you like Burn you'll love Push!!

You can really see the difference! Great work!

So awesome!!!

ICE CREAM! I'll eat a Target brand - Market Pantry low-fat ice cream sandwich on nights when I won't go over or too far over on carbs/cals... Only 65 calories, 14 carbs! The best part... they come in chocolate, vanilla, and MINT... They are knock offs of the Skinny Cow icecream sandwiches but they're cheaper and lower cal.

Lisa, Thank you for opening my eyes to these numbers... I am very fact-based in my thinking and I love numbers! I had never calculated by TDEE (1955) or my BMR (1268) before this and it REALLY shows me how much more I should be putting into my body. NO WONDER I'm starving!!! Thank you again.... Tips and help like this is…

Hi philosohoe, Thank you so much for the detailed reply! I have just begun to realize how far off from where I should be in terms of calories and macros. 1) I have my goals set to lose 1 pound per week, however I am reconsidering this now because I think my weight isn't an issue for me rather than my BF%. 2) I do use a HRM…

Thank you for your help Sarauk! I think I may look further into the bulk/cut cycles to see how much I need to change my routine in terms of strength training and see how much I can increase my calories from there. Thanks again!

Please check out this post: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12 I have been eating 1200 calories a day and getting hungrier as well. I am doing ChaLEAN Extreme (weightlifting and cardio) and felt drained most days out of hunger. The thread I attached is a very thorough…

By the way... I posted here because I am currently doing ChaLEAN Push Phase :)

I also log ahead of time unless I'm having my "usual" meals and I roughly know that I wouldn't go over anyway. If you are going to eat out, look up the menu ahead of time and see how it fits into the rest of your day... you might not get what you thought you would, but you'll become more aware of how calorie-rich some…

I have been successful so far with ChaLEAN and no shakeology. I'm sure it has plenty of goodies in it, but like others here have expressed, it is way too expensive. I am trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle for life, which is why I like beachbody programs - I dont have to pay for a gym membership for the rest of my life…

I just set my macros to 35/40/25... not too far from yours. I had no idea I could even do this, and it has helped me so much with monitoring my protein intake is enough. I don't know why MFP has the generic protein ratios so low, but depending on what you are doing to work out you probably wouldn't get enough protein using…

Wow you look amazing!!!
