Congrats on the lifestyle change. Surely meat is more pricey than vegetarian food?? Eat lots of stir frys with quorn to get used to not eating meat would be my recommendation. Good luck

Sounds good. Just be careful with your eating. I personally thought I would be more hungry doing cardio but I would eat the hind leg off a donkey after lifting. Just be mindful of this and plan your foods!

You should definitely do one by yourself. In fact my friends have been so frustrating lately with being late and cancelling and changing plans I think I am going to start doing some more things by myself minus the frustration. Enjoy and you will probably get to meet some new people anyway.

Portion size is a major factor and people that live there don't see it. I didn't notice it after living there for a while but then I bought plates in the US and they wouldn't fit in my microwave or dishwasher when I got home because they were so big! I did not notice the size change while I was there though.

These types of cereals used to give me a big sugar rush and then I would have a horrible crash in the afternoon and walk around zombiefied but now I don't eat them anymore and I don't get that mid afternoon crash anymore. As much as I loved the taste of them it just wasn't worth it for me personally.

People walking like snails when you are just trying to walk normal speed or even worse standing at a door talking when you are trying to get through. Parents love doing this at my local school right at the gate of the school and I really just want to throw them under a bus

I like to use the shoes with the memory foam insole in them. They do get a bit sweaty but I don't get shin splints anymore so I'm sticking with them.

I hear you. I have just reached the normal weight range and I was wondering if I should keep trying to lose until I get to a certain weight, you know, like have a goal weight but I'm not sure what that goal weight should be.

I was told I didn't eat enough protein so now I eat plenty of beans. I made a 3 bean chili yesterday which was devine and I also eat lentils and Quinoa.
