Well I lost 2lbs. I'm at 163lbs. It's still very frustrating, but I did loose an inch in my waist, so that was a little encouraging, especially since it's Aunt Flo time and so I was a little surprised to have lost an inch NOW LOL Have a wonderful day Team AG!

I did EVERYYHING all week. Was under my calorie goals ALL week. And I gained 3lbs! WTF?!?!?! Seriously upset and seriously disappointed. Weigh In: 166lb! How is that even possible? UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I'm so flippin' frustrated!

OOPS forgot to tell you my starting weight: 165lbs and my goal is to be at 155 lbs. It's a heafty goal for me as I have been stuck at 165 lbs FOREVER!!!!! Day 2: 100 jumping jacks walked an extra mile drank at least 8 glasses of water was under calorie goal Yet another jab at August!!!!

I DID TOO! Damn I'm outta shape! I did 50 then did some push ups and sit ups and then did the last 50. That worked good. I've decided I am going to do these exercised accumulatively, I apparently need it! LOL

My goal is 10 lbs. I agree that the challenges should consist of things we can do at home with no special equipment. TNGirlyGirl has some great ideas. For food I think it should be something like more fiber, more lean protein, and more water.
