This happens to me also, and i drink about 1.5-2 gallons a day and im not as hungry plus i eat a ton of spinach which can help if your hungry a lot of the times you can eat a whole bag and its like 11 carbs and 60 cals

The biggest thing is Watch what you eat and how much and being physical and losing weight will really help. i cut out all pop i will have a sparkling water once in awhile, but i started to drink more tea helps with craving and drank a lot more water. i also cut out a lot of the foods i ate and started eating more veggies…

Good luck, you're starting off right with small goals that are realistic. Now just stay on plan and don't get discouraged when things don't go as planned, one day at a time.

This guy is right but dont work you leg muscle at all, find some else to do that gets you work out goals done with out working your legs and after awhile they will start to shrink down, but you dont get into that fat slump, lazy feeling, havent worked out body that you dont want.

I have/had these problems also Soda was a big thing for me too but i replaced it with ice tea and lots of it, and one in awhile a diet soda or those flavored sparkling waters, if i dont have a cheat drink once in awhile i would go nuts.
