I'm just under 5'3" and my goal weight is 115-120. I think I'm pretty capable of reaching that weight. I was always around 120-125 about 5-6 years ago and I rarely worked out or watched what I ate. Thanks! I think 5's would kill me! There's one move (I think it's on Level 2) that you have to do this V with your arms. I can do about half and then I have to use no weights for the rest. Man...I'm a wimp! :)

Mind if I join in!? I will be a couple of days behind the rest of you, but I need something in addition to my daily elliptical workout! What size weights have some of you been using? I have 3's, 4's, and 5's.
