Calorie Intake, Weight Loss, AND Breastfeeding
Help! My son is 2 months old and EBF (exclusively breast fed). I'm confused how many calories breastfeeding burns. When I enter it in on my food diary, it shows 300-500 calories. Hey there! I've seen PB2 in a lot of food diaries, etc. I had never heard of it until then. I keep trying to stay away from regular PB, because of all the calories. How do you use PB2? Do you have to mix it with water? How does it work? Most importantly - do you like it? Does it taste as good as your old PB?

Eating exercise calories before exercise?

I'm asking because I usually see it sold between $85-$89, but Amazon has it for $72.44 right now and I just want to make sure that it's a smokin' deal. I hesitate to buy off Ebay because of not having a return policy. I also don't want to spend any more than $75.

What should your ratio/percentage of carbs, protein, and fat
Mine is 55% for carbs, 15% for protein, and 30% for fat. This is what MFP assigned me. I've heard of others changing theirs, but I'm not sure what the reason is for it. Any input is appreciated!

Strength Training Exercises?

30 Day Shred - what size weights do you use?
I'm currently on Level 1 and I use 5 lbs for most all of it, but I end up using 2 or 3 lb weights for that darn side lunge and anterior arm raise. Those muscles of mine are SO weak! What size weights do you use?

What I don't understand about calorie intake and exercise...
I know that we're supposed to consume the calories that we've burned during physical activity, but why do we have to eat extra calories? How come we can't plan our meals according to when we workout and not need to eat extra? For example, I do my normal workout, then eat my normal dinner right after that?
