I'd love to see some before and after pictures or read some success stories for those that have completed the program! I'm getting ready to start, but I need some extra motivation! Also, did you do the three phases (Alpha, Beta, and Gamma) or just the first two? Thanks!

    I had tried T25 before, in combination with Turbo Fire, though after a while I gave up on it -- there just wasn't enough room for me to work out! I hope that after I get through my Turbo Jam circuit, then my Fire, I can work my way back up to Shaun T's programs.
