  • This was my nickname given as a baby. everytime my parents said it ..I would LAUGH..so it became my nickname. As i got older it was shortened to just STUFF. :happy: :tongue:
  • You are not eating enough. Your body thinks your starving it so its holding on too as much as it can..If your calorie counter is showing you are still to low...you need to consume more calories...so that your body will burn the stored fuel and not hold on to it. Healthy calories..but more nonetheless.

  • I notice the scale goes up during that time of the month...but when its over the scale goes back down. If you continue to work out and eat right....you will see the difference inspite of ..Mother natures monthly delivery.

  • No ma'am, You can REPLACE fat with muscle but you cant turn fat into muscle. It is scientifically impossible. Muscle is built from proteins. Fats are Lipids. Look at diff between eating the meat on a steak and the fat....or even on chicken. Muscle helps to burn the fat..so if you continue to build muscle...it will burn fat…
