  • Great job!! 9/9 went great for me as well! I logged food really well and I did my strength/endurance training workout while upping all of my weights (except my bicep curls - I have such a hard time upping those).   • Hey! I am 24 and I weigh 172... I would ideally like to be 135. I am getting married this upcoming March, so that is my goal. I work out 5 to 6 days a week and do my best with food (dinner is always the most challenging for me). Good luck ladies!!!

  • Great job on the work out! Try not to worry about the scale, it will move :) I know it is hard not to dwell on it. Today was my first day back at the gym in a few days and it felt great.   • 9/4 was great for me on food. It was such a nice day outside that I decided to take the dogs on a walk to the dog park so I didn't have time for the gym but I still achieved my 10,000 steps per day challenge so I was happy about that! Great job everybody :)
