I believe, correct me if I'm wrong, you have to get your heart rate up when walking or exercising to lose weight. I know it's been working for me. I was doing 25 min on an elliptical and 20 min on a stationary bike and it was slow going, but just recently I changed to a different type of stationary bike and I am sweating…

I think you're right. I haven't been on here long though. I find if I don't eat the excess exercise calories I lose a bit of weight. I think you are gaining muscle now. Let's hope! :) good luck!

Wow! I just did a search on this myself. I was worried because I was going to be away from home this weekend and not be able to my cardio. Now I find out that riding a motorcycle burns calories, awesome! I rode 3.5 hours today :) tx for posting.
