  • IMHO Chicago is the North Central. But that only my opinion. Chicago is no where near west,it's even on the east side of the Mississippi River. LOL.

  • I work nights so I get home at 8:30 am, I work out then. Rumor has it I may be going to a split shift in 2 weeks so if that does happen I'll be getting up at 5:00 am to do my workouts 3 days, and then swing to nights for 2 nights. then I'll workout in the morning after work.   • Great work katie. It is amazing what and how much we eat when not thinking about it. Staying honest with yourself is the most important. Everyone cheats now and then,but as long as you log it to reflect on later so you only do it once in a while IMO is great. Keep it up.

  • I just did Chest and Back today. I used my HRM and in 64 minutes burned 571 calories.
  • I started P90x Today. For the second time. I did it over the summer,then started running. Now with the weather so nasty I started P90X again. Again the first Chest and Back disk worked me out. I'm going to be sore tonight when I go to work. But it FEELS GOOD.

  • This will sound crazy ,but when I have an issue with having a BM I go to Starbucks and get Venti Mocha coffee. LOL. It works every time. I think it's something with the caffeine and chocolate. But it works. Lots of calories but I defiantly .
  • I would say yes. I'm not an expert but I now drink 2.2 liters a day. I purchased a jug that size to take to work with me. I did notice I go more often. I suppose it's got to go somewhere it can't stay inside you. Just drain yourself as needed. LOL

  • I listen to oldies mostly,journey and REO , Clapton and some country . But I also listen to Classical music and Kenny G. The mellow music keeps me focused and I can just keep on going. Its relaxing when your working hard.
  • What I do is change it up. Don't try to do everything in 1 day. Like you said your sore 2 days after. Maybe do yoga one day,swim the next,weight training the next and start over.
