Look in your area for your local running store. They will measure your feet and fit you in the correct size shoe for the type of running you plan on doing. I prefer Brooks Ghost, as does my wife. My friend wears Mizuno and my Son wears Nike. It's all in the fit. Get the right shoes and you will run happy.

I would go the C25K route. That way you work into it slow and reduce you risk of injury.

It happens. I run 30+ mpw , and sometimes the legs just don't want to go. Take a day off. I usually take 2 rest days, sometimes 1 rest day. Don't over do it though you could end up with a over use injury. It sounds like you are putting some good mileage in. Keep it up. Oh yeah,,,make sure you have good running shoes.

I have a Timex. It works just fine. Never had any problems with it in over a year.

My Lunch is usually just a Protein bar. Something Like Met-Rx or Supreme. Sometimes a Cliff bar also. Im to lazy to make something at home to bring for lunch,unless there is a good leftover. But working nights,I don't always have access to a nuker to heat up the food.

We were married for 16 years,got divorce,got remarried after 2 years, we now have a total of 27 years married. Life is good. There are many bumps in the road,and many different ways to handle them. After 27 years,5 kids and several dogs , turtles,and lizards,all is well. I love her dearly.

I work midnight until 8 a.m. I log my meals as Meal 1 Meal 2 Meal 3 Meal 4 Meal 5. I run when I get home in the morning and my bedtime is between 2 and 3 p.m.. I get up between 9 and 10 p.m. I log what I eat as I eat my meals. I have no set breakfast lunch or dinner as far as a log, just my meals.

I work 12:00 to 0800 a.m. I just log mine as meal 1 , 2, 3, 4, 5. Then I add whatever I eat into the next available meal. Working midnights has me on a different eating schedule then my family. I go to be at around 3 o'clock in the afternoon and get up around 9 or 10 at night. so my dinner is around noon or 1 p.m. It works…

I have a Half in 3 weeks. This year I'm registered for 3 half marathons, 2 10k's , and I might throw in a 5k on the 4th of July.
