At 20 lbs before anyone said anything or noticed. Now I'm 40 lbs down and they say I'm to skinny. LOL

I lost 40 lbs and I still drink diet coke , diet pepsi and diet dr. pepper. Then I also run 25 miles or more per week. But I only drink 1 bottle , 20oz, a day, and not every day to be honest. Water is better. Coffee is ok.

If you are only listening to music make sure your screen does not stay on. I use RunKeeper and I push the power button 1 time to turn off the screen. This does not affect the GPS or the timing or music. My wife does the same thing, she leaves the screen on so she can check her progress . That will drain your battery much…

I agree,,,RUN. I was 214 pounds, Now I am 164. Run for 1 or 2 minutes then walk for 3 or 4 minutes. Or run from light pole to light pole,and walk for 2 or 3 light poles. I drink Muscle milk or Cryosport protein drinks. I also eat Cliff bars or Detour bars. Plus Fisk or Chicken. I'm not big on red meat.

If you have a Heart Rate Monitor you can add your own exercise and add the calories burned there. Or just look in the cardio tab under aerobics, high intensity.
