  • Small goals really helped me. The end figure seems not so daungting then. My orinigal whole target was 45lbs. Broken down to 7lb stages. Now at 42lbs Loads of support on here.   • My easy go too slow cook meal. Beef stew/cassorle. Veg fresh or frozen ; diced raw beef; veg stock cube. Cut up if you need to Throw in pot Cover with water Leave at least 8 hours on low Thicken 10mintues before serving with gravy or cornflour. Serve. Any left over freeze.

  • Ok lighlty active seems like a way to go which takes in considertion of busier day to quiet days Which then takes me to my next question. I have loss set at 1lb a week. I have lost 28lbs to date. Wish to loss another 14lb. Maybe change to 0.5lb ?
