Welcome to MFP. I ate what I ate before but less of it. I did this by weighing and calorie counting. What I find the more fruit and veg I eat, the more I can eat. This is because fruit and veg is low in calories Good luck

You need to be eating something to fuel your body. You say "your not really hungry", which to me indicates u are a bit hungry so should eat.

For me it is -soups-pasta with pasta sauce and veggies- curried vegetables- Look in your cupboard for a spice/herb pot you have. I found a jar of five spices yesterday and made a five spice veggie mix thing 👌. I usually eat meat but enjoying veggie dishes at the moment.

I love making homemade meals. I've been making soups with whatever veg I have, so flavours vary. Pasta with pasta sauce and lots of veg. Usually batch cook and freeze them for those quick grab days. I use the recipe tool on here which helps.

Good couple of pounds. Get very very bloated. Then one day at some point ,maybe just before period or during I wee like crazy. Bloatiness goes, weight returns to normal.

I use the app, all I do for that is press,hold and then it gives u "delete" or "move" option.
