I'm new on here, trying to figure out the app, it's so different than years ago when I was a member.
Anyways, im working on losing around 115 pounds, I can't figure out how to add people, I just tried, lol.

I'm a bit of a night owl since that's my only " alone time." I'm very busy during the day.

Hi cynthiacherie79. I'm an early bird but wish you on your journey. To add friends click on their name, click on Fitness pal profile and then message box, which is an invite for friends, press send and wait for acceptance
