I know I was pretty hard on myself - I would highly suggest NOT doing that! To be fair, though, I was a whole lot more overweight than you are.

I started logging food and immediately felt like I could do it. I set a Goal, logged food, studied my FOOD diary like my life depended on it (because it actually did...) and I lost the weight.

    You can too.

It was not that hard. Just took some time and some persistence. Some days were easier than others...kind of like life.

    Start! :flowerforyou:

I'm with you. I lost and gained again. Not happy with what I see or how I feel so back on it.
I did it before and will do again. I prep most of my foods and complete my food diary for the week on a sat and Sunday. Hardest part keeping to it.
The weight will fall off. When you see the weight coming off or the tape measure getting smaller ,boosts how you feel.
Just got to keep at it.
Add me as a friend if you wish.
Good luck with your journey xx

More than anything, I'd say to make sure you log EVERYTHING you eat.
I think a lot of overeating happens because people cant remember what they ate 2 or 3 meals ago and they're compounding their bad food choices.
