  • I love sloppy joes, never thought of it as healthy but might try this :)
  • I made this for supper last night and it was really good plus we had TONS of leftovers ! I used leeks, peppers, frozen corn and mushrooms with a few real bacon bits. Next time I might use more milk or cheese to make it creamier ? but it was really good and healthy. I love quinoa !

  • I also have leftovers for lunch, we always make enough food for lunch since the cafeteria food here is not that great and my bf would only eat junk if he ate at work. Today I had a portobello mushroom cap filled with eggs with homemade salsa and a bit of cheese with a side of lentil salad. I had cherries for dessert :)

  • I often have plain greek yogurt with frozen blueberries and raspberries that have been thawed the night before. I do add either a drizzle of honey of a spoonfull of my homemade apple sauce, I can't stand the taste of plain greek yogurt on it's own ! Good luck :) D.
  • My must have are: carrots, onions, celery , brocoli and peppers. I always have those in my fridge. I love to steam the carrots, brocoli or any type of veggies.   • I love bringing wraps for lunch at work. I usually put everything i want in it except the 'wet' part ( like mayo or mustard or hot sauce). I bring it in a seperate container and add it at work. Tomatoes tend to add moisture as well so I don't put any. I keep the wrap in plastic wrap and the rest seperate :)
