Morning ladies. Yesterday I didn't get C25K in, but I did walk my dog for 30 minutes and mow the lawn so there was definitely exercise involved. I also ate right and was under my calorie goal. Today I Will: Enjoy the sun! C25K. Eat right and start logging my foods again.

Peeked in here - you ladies are amazing. I remember struggling on day 2! I bought a yoga ball to help with sit-ups; I will start back into this and see how that helps. Again … you are amazing.

Tonight I will restart C2K5 from the beginning. I'm happy to be back to it. Question: Anyone deal with heel cracking from running? Noticed 2 weeks back when I was running and I wonder if the running caused it???

Tonight I did day 2 of C25K (I had to start over due to an iphone/water issue), but I think it was worth the week redo as I'm liking it - and getting it! Also did the June Ab Challenge, which is getting incredibly hard! I like the yoga ball idea and will try that at my work gym tomorrow.

I like the no whining at trainer :) Today, was not a day for me. Work was absolutely crazy and I'm literally just finishing up my day at 9:29pm. Welcome to the group! I found Monin Sugar Free Vanilla syrup. I make my coffee at home at night, in the morning add a few pumps of this SF Vanilla flavor add ice and am happy as can be. Before it was cream, sugar and coffee in that order.
