Well tonight I felt defeated… :( Will I really ever be able to jog? I still can barely do 1 min and it's been 4 weeks. But on a better note, I ate right, took a walk at lunch and made today count. Tomorrow I'm off of C25K so will put in a kettle bell workout.

Emy, this sounds so good … and if you are still thinking about it, it must be! I understand the 'not on our diet', but I've made a few exceptions here/there when needed and it hasn't hurt any. I think doing it daily would make a difference, but the light-cheats are okay. Thanks for sharing!!
