I did 4700 today-so doing ok on the beginner 30 day challenge. Have not hit the goal everyday, but overall well.

I only did zumba 4 times last week. I didn't lose any weight. I did great with drinking wter at the beginning of the week, but not the end of the week or so far today.

Hi. I would like to join in so I can have some accountability. I just finished level 1 day 8. I missed yesterday, as we were gone all day and night. So far so good. It was tough and pushups are still so hard, but I am getting through it.

Just finished day 2 of the shred. I also finished week 6 of the c25k today.

I will try it. I got my copy from the library today and did level 1 day 1 today. It was tough-especially the pushups for me, other than that I got through it.

I am down to 141, I am happy with my slow but steady progress. I am being more careful about what I eat and exercising has given me alot more energy.
