Something old - I've gone back to eating my carbs (rice and pasta) and am enjoying them. Something new - exercise! Since I realised I could eat more if I exercised, I joined a gym and am amazed to find I love doing all the different classes!

According to MFP I will lose an average of 1/2 pound a week if I stick to my calorie limit. But interestingly I lost 2 pounds this week!
