Not yet! :laugh: But I've only been to one class. I'm not surprised it gives you a great body, my legs were like jelly afterwards and I'm still aching now! Plus the two guys who were running the class were kinda sexy, which made it even more fun :wink:

My advice would be to have the things you love (e.g. the ice cream) but to build it into your calories for the day, and not to have it too often. I do this sometimes, if I've gone over one day I try to cut back the next. But apparently you should always eat at least 1200 cals (though occasionally I don't), to stop your body going into starvation mode.

Has anyone tried this? I did a class on Saturday and I LOVED it! It was really good fun and while it was hard work, felt more like play than regular exercise. It worked too - I'm still having trouble walking today! :laugh:

Oh I wish I had this problem! I usually struggle to stay under my calories. I'm studying part time and don't have time to exercise that much, even though I fit it in where I can, like walking 30 minutes each day and going to the gym 3 or 4 times a week.

I like bran cereal too, it's low in cals and fills me up, and I don't binge on it like I do with some other cereals!

I tried it once, had the shake for breakfast - then I had breakfast too... :laugh: I just think you can get much more for your cals, for example, if you make a big stir fry it's low cal but you get to eat much more food. I have 1oz oatmeal with skimmed milk, a tbsp peanut butter and 1 cup berries, it works out about 300 cals and is very filling. You could have a banana instead of the berries, that will fill you up for even longer!
