Is there a such thing??? If I do not eat all my calories from one day (say like 100 or 200 calories) is it ok if I add them to the next day?

I'd say no, theres a fine balance between Anabolism (Gaining Muscle and or Fat) and Catabolism (Lossing Muscle and or Fat) mode.
By falling short of your calories you'll put your body in to Anabolism mode and gain weight.

I do this sometimes, if I've gone over one day I try to cut back the next. But apparently you should always eat at least 1200 cals (though occasionally I don't), to stop your body going into starvation mode.0
