you appear to be starving yourself which not only will stop you losing weight but will make you unhealthy and risk getting ill. Take care of yourself x

-
it is amazing how the movie people keep employing Nic Cage. In fact my boyf and i gasped in shock that they have made a sequel to Ghost rider!

Adam Sandler, only capable of shouty or crude.

even thin people eat 'bad' foods! the difference being that they don't do it all the time! and neither are you! never beat yourself up as it's pointless, just start again the next day.
-

do you drive to work? perhaps you can park a but further away and give yourself a 15 minute walk each way? little things like that can help

Chew every bite slowly and put either your cutlery or food down each bite so you concentrate on what you're eating -i promise this will help alot. last bit of advice is to drink more water, you're possibly mistaking thirst for…

-
fantastic! you look brill and it must feel so excellent i'm really into steampunk, and would love to look even nicer in my corsets than i do. Good motivation!
-
you've done all you can, and as other posters have said -it's your Dads life. The thing i've found with parents(my included) is that no matter how old you are-you are still their children thus your opinion isn't as important! All you can do know is lead by example and don't nag -men in particular don't respond to nagging!
-
bananas they just fill me up and apparently the high potassium also helps reduce chocolate cravings!
-
pilates, absolutely swear by it as it's about strengthening your core muscles. I suffere on and off with bad problems-and as my osteopath and physiotherapists have pointed out -it's because my lower stomach muscles get weak which causes the spine move about more which then irritates the nerves. it's worth seeing someone…
-
i avoid milk chocolate and only eat dark chocolate now and i don't suffer from sugar cravings now
-
pulling in your lower stomach muscles on a regular basis. I have to do this for bad back, so even though i have a wobbly belly -underneath the muscles are good and strong!
-
i also would recommend looking at the G.I diet
-
you're very cute and have a lovely feminine body, very jealous!
-
pesto!
