on the check in section of MFP it has an area for measurements -start measuring yourself instead of weighing as it's much more accurate

it doesn't bother me because of the context -it's people wanting to show how much weight they've lost and with clothes out of the way it's easier to show. Admittedly, i won't ever be doing that cause i'm a prude! lol!

everytime i went to the doctors i was told to lose weight -even when i was in the normal weight BMI category. I used to think i was fat, now i want to be that size! lol!

don't listen to the CD anymore, but the tips he has in the book have really stuck with me particularly about eating slowly/put cutlery down between bites. I find this helps me so much, because i used to just wolf food down and then feel sick soon after! I also like the advice about not kicking yourself for having a bad day…

same here as my work uniform are scrubs-nice and baggy! saying that today a couple of the girls at work noticed when i was in my normal clothes-which cheered me up!
