But, that was not the case with me. I reduced my calorie intake but I did not lose weight. On LCHF I am eating a way more than I usually did and I have lost 4 kg in only 2 weeks. I also have PCOS so maybe I do not tolerate carbs so well.

Yes, on average my daily intake of calories is between 1000-1200 calories per day if I do not excercise, and If i do then it is about 1400 calories. My day consists of: breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner Because of my diet I do not eat carbs (except potatoes) nor sweets.
