Hitting your target and staying there is very hard. I hit GW of 127 over a year ago, I lost 100 pounds and then another 12 = loss 112 Now my weight is 122, I am working to get back to 117. I can not believe how fast it goes up, then how hard it is to go down. I never want to go back to 227. That is what keeps me on the MFP

You can do it! I did and I am 60 years old, my only regret was I did not do it in my 30"s Do it for yourself and you will find yourself.

Go For It! I did my first 5k walk -run after loosing 75 pounds, I was dead last but the fact that I did it keep me going for months! My husband and friends cheered me on! It was great

I am 60 also I joined when I was 58 Lost over 100 pounds and for the past year have worked to keep it off This program works. We are all here for the same reason. If we can do it so can you But it is not easy.

NOPE! I get bored and confuse that with hungry I eat every 2 hours, low calorie stuff it works

Once you let the hungry monster out it is hard to pull it back! I have found it is better NOT to do it in the first place. But it does happen to all of us. It is a battle that you know you can win. I feel for you

We did not know how much of our social life went around food! Major adjustment had to be made side bonus more money in our pockets due to not eating out all the time
