I got fat when I was in my teens, got married at 16, only last 5 years was fat and lost weight then When I met my current husband I was about 118, gained weight when I started eating regular meals I had starved myself so long to stay thin I was really messed up. I am so much happier being this size!

NO ! I have never been able to run, I am still proud of my first 5K walk/run (2010) I was dead last but I did it! Be proud! You are working on YOU!

I do not see you current weight Seems to me 700 is to low for a beginner If your not and have already lost 100 pounds a drop to 700 can work I did it for a short time but I ate something every 2 hours, it made me feel like I was eating all the time Good luck

oat meal for breakfast, (always not because I like it but because it sticks with me) snack pear lunch a 100 calorie soup snack 100 calorie popcorn dinner a smart ones desert fat free jello pudding I feel like I am eating all the time!

Do not spend a lot of money on work out wear you will be shrinking out of it in no time Look for comfort, the great looks will come to play when you get in shape. The workout is what is important. Go for it!

YES! But now I have put on 5 pounds My goal was 127, I got down to 115 But now I am at 121 I eat between 1100 and 1200 calories I can not figure out why my weight is going up! I want to stay a size 4,( I bought a high dollar black dress, it is a size 2 I would like to wear it at least once!)
