I even have a binge time! If I can get thru 12:00 to 3:30 PM I am fine but that is when I falter My binge eating is cookies or cakes not actual food I also do the drinking water and coffee to help fight this off

No problem! I never drink soda, I gave that up in 2010 candy is not my thing either (but if you had said cake or cookies I'd be in trouble!)

This brought back old memories! My son did this when he was 4. His father picked him up and took him to the car, spanked him and returned. That was the only time he ever played the "fit" card! He is now 42.

I do not understand why people think you used drugs, or had surgery There are those of us that just said it's time to STOP eating to much I will not accept being fat any more! I too love this thread My goal for Dec is to: walk at least 15 miles per week Keep on track with my calories log every day Find a place to go and wear my new black dress size 2! ( after being a 28W most of my adult life this a biggie!)
