That is to low, you will loose weight BUT it will come back really fast once you eat normal again. This needs to be a life style change, ( been there done that!) The best way is calorie in, calories out. Good luck to you

We are the same height But I am 61 CW is 122 GW 117 ( Starting weight was 264) I got down to 112 but for my age it was way to low. I wish I had done this in my 30's But I am loving the new me! Good luck calories in, calories burned It works!

Mostly they think I am to skinny, but I'm not. SW was 264 CW is 122 GW is 117 It is just because I was obese for so many years that is how they saw me. I am only 5'2

This is the best sight EVER. A weight issue my whole adult life, I joined here and dropped the pounds! I have kept my weight in check for going on 2 years now. Logging in every day keeps me on target. Sure I gain, but I go back down, my goal is to be 117 and stay there. (OW 264 GW 127 CW 122 new GW 117)

very much so!!! Once you take that first bite, it is super hard not to eat more. I try not to give in to the bite it is so much easier.

It has totally worked for me. The only time it has not is when I eat foods I should not have or I did not work out like I should.

I have found, if I eat cookies but still stay in the calories my weight goes up I figure it must have something to do with gluten?

You are going to go for a life style change, not a diet. A person loses hope because they think they are unworthy, WRONG, You are worth the time and change to your life that this will make for you. I lost 112 pounds and then I started eating a lot of carbs, weight went up fast +10 pounds I now am back to controlling the carbs and the weight is coming off again, slowly. For me carbs are very bad!

It is a band aid. It gets you down BUT will cost you in the long run. Just keep with calories in, calories need to burn It is just that simple

I got to size 2 but for a 60 year old that was to skinny I refer to be in the size 4 range which for me is about 117

I do not run, I walk but a couple a weeks ago a pack of pit bulls attacked and kill a 63 year old women that was just out for a walk. It was very close to the area I always walk. We live near open desert. Very scary!

It's ok to fall off the wagon, but next time , remember how bad you felt, this sometimes will STOP the binge. The pride you feel when this happens is WONDERFUL!

I stuck to a 1000 calories a day diet. I ate something every 2 hours and drank a lot of water. 2 pots of coffee a day, I like coffee I walked 2 miles twice a week and 5 miles a day on the weekend. It took 8 months and I lost 100 pounds.
