I wish you all the best ... I turned 40 10 days ago and really want to loose 21 pounds by Christmas, as I hate being over weight. Mine is delayed baby weight (she turns 2 at christmas) so have no excuse now. Good luck and keep sharing so we can see your progress and support you

Im totally new to this and loving the ability to track everything so easily ... just one week in and not showing any signs of it working :( i know I need to be patient and up my exercise routine, just difficult with a 3 year old and a 3 month old ... never mind any suggestions greatly received
