There is a guy at my gym i call Stringbean, takes up three machines at once, puts his sweaty towels on the ones he isn't using at the moment to mark his territory....cannot wait tlll the day i get strong enough to throttle him with his freaking towels!!! Grrrrrrrr!! Then there is 'burpee-girl' flailing all over the weight…

Might want to change that medication. Sleeping pills are supposed to make you sleep in the middle of the night.... not wake up and be hungry. As for recording food/drink...set reminders on your phone or pc.

Do I hear ya on this one! Good new is that you are fully aware of the problems and the fact that you do have a wall. At very least you're not deluding yourself by saying "I'm doing everything right".
