Casein is a blight! Causes inflammation (especially in the gut) in the body, and can effect the flora even in those not allergic. Case in point, me! Since I've quit dairy my tummy thanks my on a daily basis by not sending me to the bathroom 20 times.

I've been Paleo for 2 months now, 20 lbs have slid off.... awesome! I'm not hungry anymore and my appetite seems to be decreasing. I was concerned in the beginning because all the fat seemed counter intuitive so I had my blood tested last week... not only was my doctor all for Paleo, my blood tests results came back…

There ya go! Slowly you'll become almost addicted if you keep focused, dedicated and committed. The feeling when done is a natural high eventually and you won't want to stop..... keep up the great (and hard) work!

I don't get it....I went through months of chemo and talk about exhausted! Docs told me to exercise regularly to build strength... which exactly what exercise does. Ask your doc specifically what you are allowed to do and what to avoid.

YouTube 'exercises while injured' or 'exercises not involving knees'.... you can continue, but lighter, until you can resume. No excuses, there are always accommodated workouts to do. Much luck!

You have the answer... the obvious is crushing your efforts and the discipline has to be adhered to... discipline takes great strength... you got that right? Working out in the evening sucks what little joy in life there is! Mornings are a definite and gives me so much energy the rest of the day.

Low carbs, Paleo Diet/lifestyle....weight slides off, energy increased, no more hunger or feeling cheating...I love it!

Diet, like the lifting takes SO much effort and I realize how easy it is to slide backwards. So give yourself that kick... start cooking stuff that can be made with many servings and freeze.... pop in the micro and you have a quick meal.
