chicken stir fry is always a go to in my family.

ground chicken/beef/turkey/pork, diced potatoes, canned corn and a little bit of water layer thinly sliced potatoes then onions and canned diced tomatoes beef cubes, diced pototes, onion, carrot, turnip, rice, tomato soup just before your finished. Lots of water.. makes easy soup :)

most definitely! I would say that it is a very normal thing. Life goes on and so does your diet/lifestyle change.. You have been good for so long and I am sure a few days of "cheating" is not going to ruin your progress. The big things is when you do fall off, get back up and jump back on
