Don't give up! Even if you don't see the weight coming off right away, ask yourself, "Do I feel better?" I think if you are walking daily, you probably have more energy and feel more relaxed, right? Focus on that for right now. Remember that you are making lifestyle changes!

Put the ice cream down. Walk away from the ice cream! Seriously, though, take 2-3 minutes and breathe deeply, really deeply. Walk around. Drink water. Anything that distracts you.
