  • Today did some minor house cleaning and laundry weight did not change and im under my cal intake.
  • Started today with a nice walk for 45min had a small breakfast so far will update before my day is done.
  • Once again totally forgot to check in but I did update my profile
  • I am so bad I failed to check in but I have been logging on and updating my profile daily
  • Checking in-I did 60min of swimming and 45min of walking today
  • So far today I did some home cleaning,walked my daughter to school (about 15min), will more update before my day is complete.

  • I step on the scale every morning before 12noon on a daily basis before I start eating anything and right after I use the restroom to be accurate and just to get an idea of my weight for the day and then I log it on my profile.
