Damn us Americans for not using the metric system like the rest of the world! Okay, if 10k is 6.2 miles, then 5k is 3.1 miles, so 3.5k is between 2 and 2.5 miles... OHHHHHH, okay. I got it!! Awesome NSV, lol.

Today was my last Plyo day (at least for this round of P90X). I was a little sad!! I was cursing while doing my jump knee tucks, but I was sad nonetheless!

I wanted to add my two cents but everybody has offered great advice. Find the balance between how you'll feel if you overindulge and how you'd feel if you completely deprive yourself. You'll be fine. Have faith in yourself.

I skipped my P90X workout this morning - got home at 2am and was drunk, so waking up at 5am was NOT an option. HOWEVER, I have martial arts class tonight, immediately followed by kickboxing class.
