I'm on BC and have been regular for the past few years; however, I started spotting two days ago and my period is supposed to start late Sat./early Sun. I'm going to wait it out to see how it goes... A few years ago when I wasn't on BC and I started exercising and eating healthy, I dropped about 15 lbs. and my cycle…

Hahahahahahaha!!!! With attitudes like that, it pretty much explains why most people in this country are obese. It's sabotage!!!! Kinda like when my dad tells me that my outfit is ugly, but I wear it anyway and so many other people compliment me on it. I know as much as we hate to admit it, other people's opinions DO…

Some random high fiber all natural bar (Kashi, etc), throw some bacon or turkey bacon in the microwave, grab a handful of nuts, and a piece of fruit. Yogurt and string cheese work well, too. You need protein in the morning and don't be afraid to put a lot of calories into breakfast.

I'm in! 5'3.5"!

I'll take a double. Thanks.

...you don't eat it. OR ...you didn't pay for it (like all the junk food my family buys).

I'll join the pact!! I always attempt to do regular push-ups. If I start to shake and crash on my face after I've only done a small quantity like 4 or so, I switch to girly ones just to get a decent amount of reps in. I'm with you though - regular and wide, I'm fine. I'm getting better at military, I just have to go slowly…

Lucky you! Message me if you want gory details. Generally, cramps, feeling fat and bloated (whether you eat healthy or give in to the cravings), headaches, and fatigue are common symptoms. As hard as it may seem, exercise! I go for a run when I get cramps and feel tired. It really helps.

Unless you had your first child less than a year after you got your first period, this shouldn't be an issue. I've been getting my periods for over a decade; if they stopped for four years for whatever reason, there's no way I could forget what it's like and what it entails.

I think people just make up crap to counter common issues. For someone who eats and grazes all day without being conscious of how much they're eating and whether or not they're truly hungry, then yea, that person needs to eat when they're body needs it, not wants it. For someone who sticks to three meals a day, possibly…

BIG pat on the back for everyone!! I'm glad you're getting results, whether it's in how you look or how you feel. As yall may or may not know, I did the Lean version for Phase I; I'm doing the Classic version for Phase II. Basically, now I'm doing Chest & Back + Ab Ripper instead of Core Synergistics, and Plyometrics…

"Get over yaself." What a dumb expression.

Hope you can find these (http://www.dewafelbakkers.com/sweet-potato-waffles.html) in your area.

You all obviously don't understand the concept of an urban phrase.

If you're not hungry, don't eat. If you're super hungry by lunchtime, then we have a problem. I used to be the same way a few years ago. I would spend all morning doing this and that and never get hungry until about 3-4 hours after waking up. Don't force yourself to eat, but don't go ALL morning on empty.

For me, a look at my family, how overweight and unhealthy they are, what they're eating, how much they're eating, etc. and I just don't wanna be like them. It's a sad motivation. Also, I mess up every now and then. I crave something bad, I get it, I eat it. I realize how bad I feel afterwards, not guilt-wise but physically…

MFP sets your calorie goal low enough for you to lose weight without exercise. If your BMR is 1500, MFP will set your calorie goal to something lower, like 1300 or something (just an example). If you exercise and burn 500 calories, you've eaten 1300 and burned 500, which leaves 800. That's wayyyyy too low considering…

For some, adding variety to your diet may hurt because you already know what works and changing it to something different may be a risk. However, I do think that variety helps your system, and just as your body responds to changes in exercises, it responds to changes in diet. If you do the same exercise everyday the same…

I woke up an hour late but still felt guilty for thinking about skipping my workout, so I managed to do Yoga X anyway to assuage my guilt, the whole thing!!! (Or did I subconsiously wake up late BECAUSE I had to do Yoga X? Who knows...) Anyways, got it out of the way, burned a little over 300 calories, and my chaturangas…

Business management or finance, especially if you get your MBA. That's just my personal opinion. It all depends on what career path you would like to take. I have a BA in International Studies, a BA in Spanish, and I minored in Italian. I currently work in finance (obviously not what I studied) - it's a useful experience…

Sleep gives you time for your muscles to repair. I wonder if naps count, too..

As far as coconut oil aiding in weightloss, I have no idea, but... Coconut oil is so goood!!! I use it in my hair, but as far as cooking goes, I haven't tried it with too much but everything I've tried so far tastes delicious!! I split a banana long ways down the middle and coated a pan w/coconut oil and cooked it with…

Fresh carrots. I tried adding some cinnamon but I still don't like them. I can stomach them, though. Gonna force some down today, as a matter of fact. I usually roast them in the oven - I coat them with a tiny bit of olive oil, coconut oil, a little chipotle seasoning, brown sugar, honey, and cinnamon. So bad for you but…
