I do insanity but I don't follow their 30 days calendar workout. Its too high impact for the first week or two. I also stretch before starting and stretch longer even after they finished.

Turn negative words into positive and use that as a motivation to keep going...I had people unfriend me but that doesn't stop me.

What is the 30 day shred day? I like to try this as well.
