I have read good reviews about this DVD.I need to lose 5-7lbs from my mid section. Does it really work?

I have been at his weight for a long time.Someday I feel I lost couple of pounds and then I gain it back in few days.So at the end I would say the weight has been pretty much the same that is soooooo frustrating.

I have the same problem.I can lose weight from other places but not the belly and after losing fat from other places,my stomach becomes more prominent I also need advise on trimming belly fat. .

I am 5'5'' and weight 147lbs ,need to be around 130lbs.I have started maintaining a log now,write every single thing i eat . hopefully this works....trying to stick to my 1200 calorie intake/day.

I am new to MFP.I have tries every single thing to lose last 15lbs but nothing worked. Finally a friend recommended to join this.I workout 5 days a week and try my bset to eat as healthy as possible but keeping a track of all you eat and reading all the motivational posts on this site could be beneficial.
